Socket Communications Preparing its First Mobile Device

Socket Communications will announce mobile devices under the name of Socket Mobile. The name change reflects Socket's recently announced plans to expand into the systems business by introducing a line of handheld mobile computer products. It has also started to release information of its concept Windows Mobile smartphone. The first pic of the Windows Mobile smartphone is revealed on Socket Mobile's new website, with information that it will come with compact flash and SD card slot.
