The HP iPAQ h6300 series Pocket PC Phone has appeared on the FCC website for approval.

HP iPaq 6300.   There isn't much left to say about this device except that it's finally official!  You'll find the users manual, internal photos, and test setup photos on the FCC website.  The iPaq 6300 FCC ID is GKRP5TH6300 , which was dated February 2004.  Note that SlashPhone broke the iPaq 6300 story a full month before the official FCC date, back in January.  We then followed up with the release of official slides and SKU # .  It looks like our estimated release date of August 4, 2004 for the iPaq 6300 is pretty accurate.
