Dopod International unveiled the latest addition to its family - the C800 - a PDA phone with a semi-auto sliding QWERTY keyboard. Packing a chic design and state-of-the-art functionality into its slim, 17-mm body, the C800 allows users to send emails and messages in style - anytime, anywhere.

Information is power. The C800 enhances the user’s thirst for information and takes messaging to the next level with Microsoft DirectPush technology and easy access to emails and news. There will be no more frantic and urgent searches for a workstation for online connection to emails and information updates.

The C800 is simply a pleaser that gives a refreshing definition to functionality with style. Surfing the Internet, downloading and exchanging of data become a breeze with high-speed WiFi connectivity on 802.11g. GPRS, EDGE and Bluetooth V2.0 technology are also available on this easy to use mobile phone.

The C800 is the perfect all-rounder phone that works hard, and yet gives great entertainment. Capture memorable moments with the 2.0 megapixel camera and enjoy bright, clear visuals on the wide 2.8-inch, 65K colours TFT LCD screen with a high resolution 240 x 320 QVGA display. Supporting MP3, WMA, WAV, AAC and AMR audio format, the C800 can also be the perfect companion for leisure.

C800 from Dopod International is available from late November 2006 from authorized resellers at a suggested retail price (inclusive of GST) of $1,228 Singapore Dollar.
