The CDMA Motorola Q has just got FCC approved. The upcoming smartphone will be first available for Verizon Wireless. Update: This was approved in December 2005 but we suspect the latest approval was the latest edition of Motorola Q.
Although there is no label on the test unit, it is known that Verizon Wireless will be the first carrier for this smartphone. Last month there is already a hint that the phone is going to be released in April. http://www.slashphone.com/71/3949.html retrieve the FCC document here, including the user manual. gullfoss2.fcc.gov via www.engadgetmobile.com Update: This was approved in December 2005 but we suspect the latest approval was the latest edition of Motorola Q. |
