Movius Interactive Corporation today announced its relationship with Action Engine Corporation, The On-Device Portal Company. Through a global distribution, technology and services agreement, the two companies will leverage their products to create intuitive and personalized mobile media applications and portals for mobile operators, cable operators and other service providers globally.

Action Engine's technology provides Movius with its handset applications framework and management tools needed to bring interactivity to first-generation mobile media applications.  It creates an environment for launching new, feature-rich interactive mobile media services that drive customer loyalty and mobile content revenues.
