If you are one of the Amp'd Mobile subscribers in US, make sure you read the FAQ page on the company site for Number Porting and service suspension information.

Amp'd Mobile will be officially suspend their service in US on 24th July. While it is not sure if the company will be bought by other carrier, you can transfer your number to another carrier by providing your account or billing information. This will take up to 24 hours according to the Amp'd Mobile, it will be better to do it fast.
