While Motorola got patent for sun-powered mobile phone recently, Beijing Hengjiweiye introduced its solar mobile phone during China Beijing International Expo 2007. This phone has ability to charge its battery just by using any light source.

This is a nice phone for those who concerned about the green and environmentally-friendly policy.
