Isabel Aguilera, Chief of a main director of Google in Spain and Portugal, have confirmed that Google is indeed working on a mobile phone.

According to the report, Google has dedicated a team of engineers to work on the mobile phone project. There isn't much information on the phone detail, but we (slashphone) are expecting to see an ads supported mobile phone with integrated google mobile applications.
