During the CES last week, Motorola chief executive Ed Zander display a charging solution which use bicycle as power source.

Targetting at Southeast Asia, rural China and Latin America, Motorola is planning to build a charging system on bicycle which will charge the mobile phone when people travelling around the places. Zander said many overseas countries lack wire-line telephone networks. Cellphones are quickly becoming an important tool for people in these emerging markets.
