Casio announced the world-first 3.2 megapixel cameraphone, the A5406CA for KDDI.

The A5406CA features an automatic focus, a 2048×1536 QXGA image resolution that is on par with “traditional” digital cameras. There are multiple image modes such as ‘twilight’, ‘food’, ‘panoramic’ and ‘fireworks’. The device also claims to take video recording up to 60 minutes that can be stored into the onboard 12meg data folder.
