Not sure how an engineer design the swivelable LCD screen? The rotating mechanism of this Sharp 905SH can be seen in these photos.
When in the normal position, the LCD screen is connected via 2 cables attached to the center of the screen. The 2 cables are then follow the "path" from the side to the bottom, and then go into the body of the phone.
When the LCD screen start rotating, the movement is guided through 2 "tracks" attached to the base. The 2 cables are moving up too following the joint section. The engineer minimize the impact on the cables by giving it enough length for the movement. Pages (2): [1] 2 » ... Last » |
