CeBIT 2005 took place in Hanover, Germany from March 10th through the 16th. There were man new mobile phones announced from all major manufacturers, especially Samsung and Siemens. Although there was news that Siemens wanted to sell their mobile phone business, they're attempting to reduce the loss before they exit from the mobile phone industry. New Product Announcement
Siemens announced 5 new Mobile Phones and an interesting future phone with an integrated laser projection screen. They also have a Mobile Music Set IMS-700 as a portable speaker for mobile phone.
Samsung announced many new mobile phones. They are the first to announce the 5 megapixel camera phone, and now they are the first too to feature a 7 megapixel camera phone. The Samsung i300 is a smartphone with 3GB Microdrive built-in, it sports the Windows Mobile OS, Magneto.
On Monday last week, Newsweek reported that Motorola will present the iTune Enabled phone (rumor as Model E399) at CeBIT 2005. Unfortunately, they call off the initial plan and delay the presentation. On the other hand, Motorola announced the "3G RAZR" V1150.
