Verizon Wireless is now plotting a response to AT&T's Apple iPhone offering.

According to PC World, Verizon Wireless is now plotting a response to AT&T's widely-anticipated Apple iPhone offering.

While AT&T has exclusive rights to offer iPhone for five years, Verizon Wireless will promote LG Prada, or KE850 to be a "counter-attack". Prada is a sleek handset similar in look to the iPhone.

IPhone will cost US$500 while Prada is expected to retail for around $600.
