Panasonic Presents Thinnest Speaker

Panasonic presented a super thin speaker module at only 1.5 mm thickness. Although it is said to be the thinnest in the world, we have seen reports on a 1.1mm speaker module last year. The thin size is a great help to bringing down the phone thickness and weight. Panasonic claim to reduce the size without losing any sound quality. The product is planned to go live production in May 2007.
