The latest version of the recorder only support 3GP recording, which is supported on most of the multimedia mobile phones. You can set a resolution of  QCIF (176 x 144 pixels) / CIF (352 x 288 pixels) / QVGA (320 x 240 pixels), depends on your phone resolution.
