TEC Taiwan's engineer is finishing the test on the 4GB SD card. No date is promised whether it will be available before christmas but it should be coming really soon. I personally own a Treo 650 and that is really cool to get one 4GB card for my Treo.

The test was running on few pocket pc from HTC like the Dopod 900. More storage space can let you carry more multimedia files with your devices.

The card can transfer up to 20MB/s and is running at SD v1.1 . SD v2.0 will be out due Q1 2006. Also, a 2GB RS-MMC is also being developed by TEC.
