INX Japan announces their latest SD card which has a USB 2.0 interface integrated. The INX-USD series will be available in May start with 128 and 256 MB capacity

According to the company, its transfer rate is 10MB/sec for the SD card and 480Mb/sec through the USB 2.0 interface.
