Other than the Mobile Iris Scanner developed by xVista which is reported in May, oki Electric is also demoing its Mobile Iris Scanner in its Japan Seminar.

With the help of the camera mobile phone, Oki Iris Scanner is able to scan the detail of your iris and analyst it. The application can then connect to the security server over the network for authentication. Oki Electric is currently further improve its accuracy, and aim to make it compatible with most camera phone.

You probably see a Japanese versioni of Nokia N70 in the demo, but notice that the camera flash light is yellow, or shall we say a yellow light specially made for the iris scanner?
