The upgrade for i-mate Pocket PC includes Bluetooth and battery life enhancements, the latest fixes from Microsoft and the latest radio version.

The latest upgrade to the i-mate™ Pocket PC is now available for download from Club i-mate .

You’ll need to register on clubimate.com to get the new ROM image:

Rom version 1.72.00wwe
Radio version 1.14.00

It’s important to note that the upgrade will erase ALL DATA on your device. It is strongly recommended that you synch and backup your Contacts, Calendar, Mail and Tasks to your PC prior to running the upgrade.

Performing a restore after the upgrade is not recommended, instead re-install the applications from scratch. However, if you run into issues with the upgrade, and want to try restoring, a utility is available here to correct an issue with restoring.
