Device summary: The Mio 8390 will run the new 2003 version of Smartphone, and have tri-band GSM/GPRS (so it'll work in the US), a built-in digital camera (which can record video), a 200MHz processor, and a 65,000 color display.

  • caller ID software pre-installed 5-way gamepad
  • second display - small external display so that one doesn´t have to open the phone (it is clamshell design) to observe some information: time, caller ID, signal power, missed calls indicator, incoming message indicator, etc.
  • USB connector: proprietary, not mini-USB
  • tiny self-portrait mirror near camera lenses
  • infrared port
  • stereo earphone jack
  • 750 mAh / 1500 mAh Li-Polymer replaceable battery (superior to Li-Ion)
  • no Bluetooth (contrary to rumors)
