Flexispy is a recent announced software which can live monitoring on phone calls, records details of voice call information, SMS information and contents, and sends the details to a remote server. F-Secure has added it to its antivirus detection database, which one is doing legally?

To start with , Flexispy is a commercial spying application written for the Symbian OS. It records details of voice call information, SMS information and contents, and sends the details to a remote server. F-Secure said that the application is installed by itself without any indication. There is also no trace of the application when it is running. Although Flexispy is listed on the application removal list with a name "phone", it can not be uninstall from the phone unless activate a hidden user interface.
