Today Lenovo is presenting their 2006 product strategy in China. A total of 9 new GSM mobile phones are announced during the presentation. Since the release of ET980 pocket pc phone last year, they are planning to release i921 pocket pc phone with a simpler design. Lenovo has no announcement on shipping the phone out of China, but don't surprise they might be planning that.

Lenovo i921 will be running Windows mobile 5.0, the latest pocket pc OS from Microsoft. It comes with a 2.0 megapixel camera, bluetooth, 262k QVGA screen (240 x 320) and use miniSD card as external memory storage. As for the size, it weight 123 grams and has a measure of 103.3 x 50.0 x 21.4 mm. Lenovo said that the Lenovo i921 has integrated Yamaha 3D stereo chipset, giving the best media experience to its users. A 128MB miniSD card will sold together with the retail package, it support up to 1GB miniSD card.
