Philips Xenium 189 and 289 is the first new handsets announced by Philips. The Xenium 289 has a 1.3 Mpixel camera, e-mail client, infrared and Bluetooth. The device also supports WAP, JAVA and MMS. The Xenium 189 is a low cost phone and it will not have built-in camera. More info will be posted when it is available.
