Other than the slim phone N500is for i-mode users, NEC has taken care of GSM users with its upcoming e636 model.

The NEC e636 slim phone is only 13.9mm. Not only slim, it also support 3G UTMS network. The extra video camera in front let you do video calls with this slim baby. Same as recent announced NEC phones, it has 262k colors TFT screen, bluetooth and support mp3 files. The internal memory is only 32MB but you can definitely push it up via memory card slot.

The phone body is sized at 102 x 48 x 13.9 mm , and weight at 110g. The 2.0 megapixel camera give you more resolution although it has limited space to integrate the camera module. The keypad is nice, sliver flat design. We think it is one of the best Razr Style keypad. A dedicated music button is available to launch the mp3 player directly. The video call camera is placed at the bottom of LCD panel.
