When it comes to getting getting new phones in for review, Vincent is our man. Today his new Helio Ocean showed up, and he's already fondled it and taken some good pics.

We've already seen the Ocean in action back at CTIA wireless, and since then Vincent has been chomping at the bit to get one of his own to play with.

Be sure to check out his unboxing video, you can really see how excited he is to get that Ocean out and play with it. He just tosses the Helio magazine aside, too eager to get to the good stuff. It's like watching a kid on Christmas.
