Soon Korean can carry a pure VoIP mobile phone around.

Aving.net has an interesting WiFi phone 'WIP-3000' which let you make VoIP calls. This isn't special but the company Dacom plan to commercialize it and give its subscribers each with a local number. So as long as you are within the WiFi hotspot, you are safe to make the VoIP calls. Dacom said that half of the mobile phone calls are made in the building, they are targetting these users with the low cost calls.
