Sysgration is a company who do Skype VoIP phone for pc. Recently they have been working on a 2 in 1 skype voip phone which can be used as a mouse or receive phone calls from Skype users.

The mouse is designed as a flip phone. When the flip closed, it looks like a normal mouse for your pc. The phone feature is hidden inside the flip. It includes a nice LCD screen to display some basic calls info.
