Although it comes with only a 1.3 megapixel camera, the LV 2008 from China did bring you some cool feature. Works like a DSLR camera, the camera module accept a optical lens attachment which gives you the true optical zoom capability. The phone is selling at around 130 USD. You can find a 3x optical zoom lens in the retail package.
