Sophia Mobile has launched a Windows CE 6.0 pda phone in Japan. The NANI pda phone featuring a WVGA wide display screen, WiFi and accepts W-Sim wireless card. Keypad-less design allow the phone to come with a 4.3-inch display screen. While its Windows CE OS might not be favor by everyone, the built-in media player supports more of the media file formats including MPEG, Divx, Xvid, Wav, Wma, MP3 and Ogg Vorbis.
