Other than the SMS Technology Australia which has announced M300 and M500 mymobile-watch phone, you can already find the chinese-made Mobile M300 watch phone in Taiwan and China.

The new watch phone is designed to use with the GSM Triband network, it has a 1" small display screen, USB port, bluetooth module and four buttons on the phone. The first button (see pic above from left) let you answer incoming call, or activate the phone menu option. The second button will bring you to the call log and also be used for 01234 numbering. The third button will activate the dialing interface or let you input numbers from 5 to 9. Finally the last button will activate the saved phone book, or terminate the calls.

You can either pair your mobile m300 watch phone with a bluetooth headset, or use the included wired headset and the built in microphone for calling purpose.

While the battery life performance is definitely not as good as other mobile phone, it still gives you a pre-installed music player with the support of MP3, AAC, WAV, MIDI music file types. This watch phone is currently being sold in Taiwan at around 270 USD
