Toyota Motor Corp. said on Wednesday it has developed a mobile phone TiMo with KDDI Corp. that will make it easier for drivers in Japan to use its car navigation and other services.
Toshiba has developed the "TiMO" base on a model "W44T" announced early this year. The TiMO will only be sold in its car outlets in Japan. The phone can connect to Toshiba's bluetooth navigation system in the car. When the system get connected with the TiMO, it will ready the navigation software to save your time. The car also provide a charger docking station to charge your phone. Emergency button is available to allow driver ask for help with single push. |
