Will Apple announce their iPhone this month?

At this point of time there isn't any confirmationi on Apple iPhone, although they mentioned they are working on it. iChat Mobile is the latest iPhone rumor, it looks like a mock up picture from ipod shuffle. More and more new mobile phones are supporting music playing and expandable memory storage. Why would people carry another iPod when they can integrate it all into a small gadget? Apple is indeed need an iPhone before they are losing out.
