Korea’s third largest handset manufacturer Pantech on Tuesday joined the race to release motion-recognition mobile phones with its Curitel PH-S6500. The company said an embedded six-axis sensor will measure users' direction and speed of movement to show the consumed calories and traveled distance. The handset costs 430 USD.
