Cingular Wireless and Samsung today announced the exclusive availability of the Samsung p777, the first EDGE phone by Samsung in US. It is named as SGH-D500E in Europe.

Samsung become the first Korean manufacturer to launch an EDGE phone in the U.S according to Cingular.
