The RAZRWire is a Bluetooth-enabled sunglass that allows users to answer or place wireless calls hands-free from their shades frames.
"Motorola's leadership in Bluetooth wireless technology has opened doors with industry leaders like Oakley, who have the credibility and engineering expertise to collaborate on breakthrough products," said Bruce Hawver, Vice President and General Manager, Motorola Companion Products group.

The RAZRWire feature Oakley’s frames made of O-Luminum, a durable alloy that reportedly is 40-percent lighter than titanium; and patented XYZ Optics. It offers impact protection and 100% UV filtering synonymous with Oakley performance eyewear combined with Motorola's industry-leading Bluetooth technology. There’s no way that the RAZRWire won’t be hot product when it becomes available in the second half of 2005.
