Cardo Systems announced today its new Cardo S-640 Bluetooth headset. Measuring just 1.77 x 0.70 x 0.91 inches (about half the size of a thumb!) and weighing in at just 0.58 oz (16.7 g), this ultra-small, inconspicuous Bluetooth headset clips easily to clothing.

The S-640 is universally compatible with all Bluetooth capable mobile phones and has a range of 33 ft (10 m). Its built-in buzzer/ringer feature ensures instantaneous notification of an incoming call without the need of having the ear bud in ear to stay connected. The S-640 provides up to 6 hours of talk time and 150 hours of standby time, with just 3 hours of charging time needed for its built-in rechargeable Li-Po battery. The S-640 offers voice dial, redial, call reject and mute functions and supports both the handsfree and headset profiles.

The new S-640 headset is now available through Cardo’s master distributors and select wireless dealers and retailers, with an MSRP of $59.99.
