What do you think linking the bluetooth with your car and control its movement wirelessly through your phone. idnes.cz is posting their demo on a bluetooth controlled car, although there isn't any info on how they did the mod. (or rather we can't read the text) See the video via the link.

The application installed on Nokia Symbian phone should be simple enough, you use your navigation button to control the car movement, while there is another 2 buttons mapped for braking and acceleration.
