Parrot introduced two styling upgrades for its top selling Parrot CK3100 LCD and Parrot CK3000 EVOLUTION car kits. Both will now be offered in all-Black Editions to better coordinate with the dominance of black interiors and mostly-black instrument panels in today's vehicles.

Both will replace the standard Parrot CK3000 EVOLUTION and Parrot CK3100 LCD units with metallic finishes currently offered by Parrot. Pricing will remain unchanged with the MRSP for the Parrot CK3000 EVOLUTION Black Edition and Parrot CK3100-LCD Black Edition at $149.99 and $219.99 respectively, plus installation.

The design and functionality of each remains the same. The Parrot CK3000 EVOLUTION hands-free Bluetooth® car kit has only a small user interface (no LCD) that mounts discretely on the instrument panel. It will pair with up to three phones, and will store 150 contacts and 150 voice tags for true hands-free calling.

Parrot’s top-selling CK3100-LCD features a monochrome screen that displays phone contacts and caller i.d. It will pair with up to five phones, and store up to 1,000
contacts and up to 150 voice tags per phone.

Both the Parrot CK3000 EVOLUTION and Parrot CK3100 LCD offer full voice recognition technology for hands-free use, and have advanced noise and echo cancellation technology for clear phone conversations. They hard-wire into a vehicle’s sound system and automatically mute the stereo when a call is being placed or received so there is always plenty of volume to hear the caller.
