imFONE usb device allow you to connect VOIP software in your pc with the mobile phone. Upon connected, you can make VOIP calls from your mobile phone directly as long as you are within the 50m. Apparently it is only compatible with Samsung E3700, V6900, and LG KF 1000 now.

When you are oversea, you could definitely bring along the ImFone and your phone together. Making VOIP calls is much cheaper than roaming. (provided you have a good connection)
