BenQ is planning to announce a new model BenQ Siemens SF71 clamshell phone, probably their last model under BenQ Siemens branding.

The new BenQ Siemens SF71 clamshell phone will be announced and available in Taiwan. It is a 3G phone support GSM network. The top external LCD screen has a special sliding design where it is used to protect the camera and flash module. Moving the slider down will reveal the camera module. The camera has a 2 megapixel resolution and powered by 2 flash at its 2 side. Secondary video camera for video call is also available on top of the LCD screen.

Other features include the bluetooth module, A2DP and 2" 256k colors QVGA LCD screen.

The BenQ Siemens SF71 will be announced in May and available in June, according to the rumor.
