The BenQ-Siemens C81 reveals unique talent with a built-in multimedia player for playing videos and music in all the latest formats: MP3, AAC, AAC+ and AAC++. All works are clearly sorted according to artist, title, album and music category – a feature that is usually only associated with MP3 players. Both the BenQ-Siemens C81's loudspeaker with real audio speakers and the stereo headset that comes with the phone ensure the very best in sound quality.

The 128 MB RS multimedia card supplied with the phone as well as the mobile's internal memory provide ample storage space for an extensive music collection. The mobile's battery charge allows you to enjoy up to 10 hours of music without interruption. The pre-installed JENTRO software "activepilot" turns the mobile into a navigation device either in pedestrian mode or in the car.

An integrated 1.3 megapixel camera with 5x digital zoom supplies beautiful snapshots anytime, anywhere that can be put directly into printed form without a computer thanks to Bluetooth via Pictbridge or shared with friends on the brilliant display with 262,000 colors. You can also shoot and replay your own movie sequences spontaneously or download video clips (h.263, MPEG4) directly from the Internet onto the mobile.

It will be available on the market in the second quarter of 2006 in the color Black. Prices will be determined locally.
