Is this a hint that Samsung will release a GSM camcorder phone which is made for video recording?

Samsung has presented their latest DMB phone with Camcorder function. The model, SCH-B750 has a 3 megapixel camera with auto focusing feature. Similar to Nokia N93 design, the LCD screen can be twisted to use the phone like a camcorder.
