As of January 2007, the Samsung Ultra Edition 5.9 is the slimmest phone now, with a 5.9mm thickness
Just about 6 months ago Samsung grab the first place in the slimmest phone race with its Ultra edition 6.9. After going through the development of slimmest LCD screen and slimming the camera module, Samsung has again reduce the phone thickness to 5.9mm, except the 3 megapixel camera module. While the phone has limited space in its body, it will comes with a built in 80MB memory, bluetooth, multimedia player and support GSM network.
