The latest multimedia phone SPH-M8100 made by Samsung is a Wimax-enabled phone with rich multimedia features and data connection capability.

Reported by Aving.net , Samsung presented 'Mobile Wimax MITs SPH-M8100' during the Samsung Mobile Wimax Summit 2006. With the support of Wimax, the SPH-M8100 pocket pc phone allows you to maintain a high speed data connection (up to 20mbps) even if you are on a car moving at 60km/h. the M8100 is also a pocket pc phone with Microsoft Windows Mobile OS. It has a 2 megapixel camera, extra camera at the front for video call, built in RSS reader, VoIP and push-to-all applications. T-DMB chipset is included to let you subscribe the wireless TV service. The features are further enhanced with the TV-Out connector, which let you use the applications on the TV. Fast data connection can also make used by your notebook, where it act as a Wibro modem.
