Posted 3 weeks back as a rumor, Samsung E428 will be officially available in Taiwan this month. The phone should be a low cost L'amour phone which has a 0.3 megapixel camera, 65k colors screen and simple phone function. Lady users might like the white casing design, although the E428 is pretty lonely without the bluetooth, IrDA connection. GPRS will be the only wireless means to download ringtones and java games.
