More phones line up on Samsung Ultra Series.

The upcoming Samsung Z620 phone will be joining the Ultra series phone list. The Z620 phone feature a ultra slim 11.8 body in clamshell form factor. It gets even thinner when you open up the clamshell, think about cutting 11.8 mm into half, it will be as slim as its slimmest phone X820 (6.9mm).

The evolution of chips certainly help in size reduction. The ulra slim Z620 will have a 2 megapixel camera plus a 2.3" QVGA display screen. Memory storage is no longer an issue for a slim phone. It has a 138 MB internal memory and is expandable through the microSD card slot. It will also support 3G video telephony, however it didn't mention if a secondary video camera is available at the front LCD.
