Samsung Electronics announced Monday it will release the world's slimmest mobile phone at the Sviaz ExpoComm 2006. Samsung SGH-X820 is as slim as 6.9mm, and it also comes with a 2 megapixel camera, 1.9" 262k colors screen, 80MB internal memory and bluetooth! It is also being released in China as X828.

The SGH-X820 / X828 will reach Europe as soon as this month. The pricing is still unknown, expect it to be a high price with all these high end specifications in slimmest body. The phone will also start selling in China next month.
