Samsung will be showing their new 3G phone SGH-Z150 at 3GSM congress. The WCDMA phone is only just 9.8mm thick, could be the slimmest 3G phone in the world. It's even thinner than the Razr V3.

The slimmest phone is still goes to VK's X100 and 2000, which push the limit to 8.8mm thicknesss.
