NTT Docomo and Sony Ericsson is trying to create an environmental friendly mobile phone. The first model they have created is SO506iC. The phone plastic body, according to Gizmodo translation, is made from plant raw materials consist of starch and sugars of corn and potatoes. At the end the mobile phone will become water and carbon dioxide after disposed. Sony Ericsson has also implemented the technology on some mobile phone parts like the frame area around the numeric keypad.
