iPAQabilities share what looks to be an unannounced iPaq rw6100 Pocket PC Phone by HP. The rw6100's specifications confirm all rumor and speculations over the past couple of days.

The handset features a fast 520MHz processor, built-in 1.1 mega-pixel digital camera, 64MB of RAM, 128MB of Flash ROM, a SDIO expansion card slot, a 2.8 inch color LCD screen, WiFi, and a removable battery.  I’m disappointed that it doesn’t have support for Bluetooth.  The rw6100 runs on EV-DO and CDMA cellular networks.  There's no mentioning of whether the handset will be available in the states or not, but it’s possible that it’ll work on Sprint and Verizon Wireless.
